15, Yes, it mostly depends on whether the person can relate to the players and also control themselves if something is not allowed. (ex: giving players items)
3. Why do you want to apply for Helper:
To have fun with others on the server XD
4. What makes you think that your application is unique then the other applicants:
My application is unique because I used to be an admin on other pservers.
5. What motivated you to apply for this rank?:
I saw everyone gathering together in the Arena and spawning monsters. It was fun.
6. What are some experiences you have that separate you from the other applicants. Do you think these experiences will help you out as a Admin?:
I've been on RPG private game server's staff before, such as MapleStory pservers and such. The experience will greatly help me in my job as Helper.

High School
8. If you were chosen as Helper, how would you make OPS a more enjoyable place:
I would help spawn things in the Arena and I would help new players in the Nexus.
9. If you got in a disagreement with the an other staff member, how would you handle the situation:
I would go to the rules or ask an upper staff member.
