1) What is your IGN: nazashi

2. What is you current age and do you think this is an appropriate age of handling this responsibility: I am only 15 years old, but I believe that responsibility should not be based off of age. Responsibility should be based on maturity and the handling of situations; and I think that I can handle this responsibility.

3. Why do you want to apply for Head Developer: I want to apply for Head Developer because I can code and I enjoy coding. I believe that I have a lot of great ideas that can only become a reality once somebody accepts me and sees what I'm capable of.

What makes you think that your application is unique then the other applicants: "Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life; everyone must carry out a concrete assignment that demands fulfillment. 5. What motivated you to apply for this rank?: What motivated me to apply for this rank is my passion to code and my love for the server. I've been on since 7-14-2015 and was devastated when the old server went down.

6. What are some experiences you have that separate you from the other applicants. Do you think these experiences will help you out as a Admin?: My experiences are listed below.

I believe these experiences will help me out as a Head Developer, because I know what to do and what not to do.
7. What is your current level of education: Sophomore

8. If you were chosen as HDev, how would you make OPS a more enjoyable place: I would make OPS more enjoyable by adding items, events, and things that people want in the game. I would be on almost every day and would try to bring good vibes to people.

9. If you got in a disagreement with the an other staff member, how would you handle the situation: Just ignore them, this question is pretty vague though.

10. How good do you think your grammer is?: My grammar is good enough to list all the mistakes that you've made in the application format.

12. Would you like to say anything else?:I am also good at spriting, since I used to be a spriter before the server was shut down. I can do mapping, I can help others, and I can administrate.
